Ingredients
For the biscuits
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup cold butter, cubed
¾ cup milk
For the honey butter
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons raw honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Cut the cold butter into the flour mixture using a pastry cutter or fork until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour in the milk and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a 1-inch thick rectangle.
Cut out biscuits using a round cutter or glass and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Mix melted butter and honey together and brush generously over the warm biscuits before serving.
